I started PP sessions 5 years ago and had great results in particular for my tennis training,  which I am practicing 4 times a week.       

The muscles reinforcement it provides is essential for this activity and ensures fitness and resistance (noted by my tennis coach).   Since I intend to take up competition again, I will definitely need to make use of the PP at home, although I’ll continue sessions at the Be Perfect Center since their coaching is very efficient.
